What this project is solving
STRUCERA is being developed as an evidence-first site-intelligence and decision-support platform. Its workflow is designed to move from location discovery and environmental analysis through comparison, criteria, ranking, scenarios, shortlisting, reporting, and monitoring while preserving data provenance, methodology, assumptions, and limitations. The backend is implemented in Rust, the web application uses Next.js, React, and TypeScript, and controlled environmental-data integrations include NASA POWER. STRUCERA is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NASA.
